• You must provide your own table, tents, and chairs.
• There is no electricity hook up available. Those vendors requiring such accommodations must provide their own via generator.
• Ashtabula Pride is NOT responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of vendor's items and/or property.
• Set up will open at 9 a.m. and must be completed and ready for foot traffic by 11 a.m.
• As traffic will be blocked off by 11 a.m. and will not resume until 6 p.m. all vendors are required to remain the duration of the event. No early tear downs, we want to keep the festival looking orderly and serving the community throughout the festival.
• Please check in at the main entrance. You will be directed on where to go for setup by one of our volunteers or Vendor Coordinators.
• There are no refunds under any circumstances. If, for any reason, there is a cancellation of the event for weather or city requirement, or a vendor is unable to attend, the vendor fees will become donation/sponsorships. The vendor service and/or business will be featured as a donor/sponsor on our website and any other location we share such persons/business.
• No weapons, illegal drugs or substances, cannabis or alcohol will be allowed while attending the event, including set-up and tear down.
• All Vendors are responsible for knowing what is required and having all applicable state and local licenses.
• All food vendors must provide a vendor's license, Board of Health licensing, and proof of insurance.
• Any vendor and their associates who do not follow any rules set forth in this contract or the law(s) set forth by the State of Ohio are subject for immediate dismissal from the festival with no refund of fees, with the possibility of being permanently banned from any and all functions sponsored by or promoted by Ashtabula Pride Inc.
